How To Change Your FKtotalaccess or Fkglobal Dial-Up Number
Follow the instructions for your operating system to change your local dial-up number.
Also you must put @fkglobal.com on the end of your username EX. username john = new username john@fkglobal.com
Windows XP
- Click the Start button to open the Start Menu, slide up to Connect To.
- Click on the connection you use to dialup to Fkglobal or FKtotalaccess.
- In the field labeled Dial, erase the existing number and type in the new number.
- Click the Dial button.
- Windows will ask you if you want to make the change permanent. Click Yes.
- You're done!
or
- Click the Start button to open the Start Menu, slide up to Control Panel .
- Then Open up Network Connections
- Click on the connection you use to dialup to Fkglobal or FKtotalaccess.
- In the field labeled Dial, erase the existing number and type in the new number.
- Click the Dial button.
- Windows will ask you if you want to make the change permanent. Click Yes.
- You're done!
Windows 2000
- Click the Start button to open the Start Menu, slide up to Settings and left-click on Control Panel.
- Double-click on the icon labeled Network and Dial-Up Connections.
- Double-click on the icon for your connection with Fkglobal or FKtotalaccess.
- Left-click on the Properties button.
- In the field labeled Telephone Number, erase the existing number and type in the new number.
- Click OK and close the Dial-up Networking window.
- You're done!
Windows Millennium Edition (Windows ME)
- Click the Start button to open the Start Menu, slide up to Settings and left-click on Dial-Up Networking.
- Left-click once on the icon for your connection with Onperfect or Totalaccessme.
- Pull down the File menu and click on Properties.
- In the field labeled Telephone Number, erase the existing number and type in the new number.
- Click OK and close the Dial-up Networking window.
- You're done!
Windows 95/98
- With your computer turned on and all programs closed, double-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop.
- Double-click on Dial-up Networking.
- Left-click once on the icon for your connection with Fkglobal or FKtotalaccess.
- Pull down the File menu and click on Properties.
- In the field labeled Telephone Number, erase the existing number and type in the new number.
- Click OK and close the Dial-up Networking window.
- You're done!
Windows NT 4.0
- With your computer turned on and all programs closed, double-click on the My Computer icon on your desktop.
- Double-click on Dial-up Networking.
- In the Phonebook Entry to Dial: field, ensure that your connection with Fkglobal or FKtotalaccess is selected.
- Click on the More button and select Edit Entry and Modem Properties.
- In the field labeled Phone number:, erase the existing number and type in the new number.
- Click OK, then click Close and also close the My Computer window.
- You're done!
MacOS X
- Click the Apple menu.
- Click the System Preferences.
- Click the Network icon in the System Preferences.
- Select Internal Modem or External Modem in the "Show" box.
- Select the PPP tab.
- In the field labeled Telephone Number:, erase the existing number and type in the new number.
- Click the "Apply Now" button.
- You're done!
MacOS 9.0 and Remote Access
- Open the Apple menu by click on the Apple icon in the upper-left hand corner.
- Slide down to Control Panels and select Remote Access.
- In the field labeled Number:, erase the existing number and type in the new number.
- Close Remote Access and click Yes when you are prompted to save the changes.

Macintosh Computers using FreePPP
- Open the Apple menu by click on the Apple icon in the upper-left hand corner.
- Slide down to Control Panels and select FreePPP Setup.
- If you do not see 3 or 4 tabs, including General and Accounts, click the arrow in the bottom-left corner to display these tabs.
- Click on the Accounts tab
- With your connection for Onperfect or Totalaccessme selected, click the Edit button.
- If you have a Dialup tab, click it. If you do not have a Dialup tab, disregard this step.
- In the field labeled Phone Number, erase the existing number and type in the new number.
